Hello there friends, family, and loved ones once again, it’s Laughing Trekkers checking in from beautiful downtown Namche Bazar.
“It was a long day” to quote one of the trekkers. We actually dropped three thousand feet, but in the meantime gained two thousand feet in the process so you do the math. It was a long day. We were on the trail for eight hours plus a little bit of lunch thrown in; oh, some people believe it was more like fifteen, oh okay, I got it. Ah, anyway we had lots of good things to say about the views. We didn’t get snowed on today; we didn’t get rained on. And the clouds were there when we needed them going up the hill and we got hot showers. So we had a pretty good day.
So thank you for checking us out and tomorrow we’re going to do the Namche scenic tour and drop down to Monjo, another two thousand drop day, so we’re going
