Base Camp

Namaste everyone!

Today we enjoyed a much needed rest day in base camp. It was snowing lightly much of the day and we now have a light accumulation on the ground here. Folks are doing great and enjoying this amazing place. We have a couple of tummy issues but nothing out of the ordinary. Tomorrow the Friends and Family of the climbers will depart on their way back to Kathmandu, taking 4 days to return to Lukla. Tomorrow the climbing team will begin their technical training in preparation for our 1st rotation thru the icefall to camps 1 and 2.
