Friends, family & loved ones,
Beautiful weather today in Paro for our first official day of the trip. The early arrivers had an opportunity to tour the National Museum, housed in a 17th century watchtower, and the Paro Dzong. After lunch, we checked out the town before meeting up with the rest of the team for our orientation meeting, gear check and dinner.
Everything is now sorted and organized and we’re ready for our hike tomorrow up to Tigers Nest monastery.
