Everest Base Camp Trek: Dharmas trek to Namche

Namaste friends, family and loved ones,

We slept by a waterfall last night and almost every one said they slept rather well. It feels amazing to kiss our jet lag goodbye. Along the way we were able to rest under a blooming peach tree.

Team members took many photos as we trekked through remote villages. Neil Ratti caught a darling young man giving us the “namaste “.

Our last bridge we crossed led us to Namche Bazaar. It’s in the background, over our heads in this team photo.

All of Team Dharma are doing well though a bit tired from altitude gain today. We will take a rest tomorrow to aid our acclimatization. Tune in to stay up to date
