Everest Expedition 2022: Enjoying Basecamp

Hello Everyone,

Today we had another relaxing day in Basecamp get organized and used to the altitude. The entire team is feeling great and healthy. Tomorrow we will go on a hike towards and on the flanks of Pumori to continue acclimatizing. We’ve now just finished up another great dinner cooked by Gopal and are on to movie night in the dining tent.

It’s almost a full moon and it is lighting up the icefall here tonight!

Thanks for following along,

Ben Jones
Expedition Leader
