Hello Everyone,
My newest group for the Machame climb on Kilimanjaro are all here in Arusha safely and are ready to head to the hills! Today we did a gear check, orientation, and city tour before heading out for a Welcome dinner at a close by restaurant. Tomorrow morning we will check out of the hotel and head to the Machame gate where we will get our permit, meet our local staff and begin the trek. We are all looking forward to getting some exercise and seeing the mountain. Check back here for daily updates and a more creative team name in the coming days!
