Jambo friends, family and loved ones,
The whole team showed up yesterday with all the gear and smiling faces. So we met for breakfast this morning and discuss the plan for the day. It was busy with orientation in the morning and get a check in the afternoon and then a tour of the quaint African town of Arusha. It’s Located exactly half way between Cairo and Capetown. We visited Uhuru,the freedom monument.
And we went to the central market, which was a hive of activity. You can find almost anything there.
The team is in high spirits as we anticipate tomorrow’s climb of Kilimanjaro. So we hope you can join us as we climb to the top of Africa.
