Back to Punta Arenas
Hello Everyone,
With just a one day delay due to weather at Union Glacier we are now back in Punta Arenas. We arrived to our hotel at 2am and to darkness, which we haven’t seen in a couple weeks. Today, some members are checking out a few sights around town and we will have a celebratory dinner this evening to conclude this great adventure to the highest peak in Antarctica. It is always a fun adventure on the ice and we had a great team that came together and worked hard to be successful. Until next year for me, but we have two more trips coming up to Mt Vinson with guides Jangbu Sherpa and Vern Tejas.
