Kilimanjaro – Team returns to Arusha after Successful Climb

Hello Everyone, We had our last hike off of the mountain today down to Mweka Gate where we get picked up. It was a nice 3 hour hike down through the forest and we were lucky enough not to have any rain. After a celebration at the gate, including some song and dance, we had lunch, said thanks to our incredible Tanzanian staff and then departed for Arusha. We are now checked into the hotel and will meet up this evening for a celebratory dinner. We had a very successful trip and a very fun group this week and tomorrow most of them will head out on a Safari. Thanks for following along! Ben Jones
